I've always been interested in weather (hey! who isn't?). Weather affects everything we do, it even has a strong influence over our mood.

I designed a remote miniature weather station (RMWS) at McQ. It was designed to be tossed out of the back of a C130, hit the ground and start working. Hand emplaced versions of this are still in use by the US armed forces.

I don't have a RMWS, but I do have a LaCrosse 2310 in my backyard. I'm uploading the data every 10 minutes to the Weather Underground
